Deer Heart       (submitted by BlueToe)

Take the whole heart and cut the top tough piece off. Then trim the fat at the top then split it in half throw it in a pot with half an onion with enough water to cover it and boil for 1 hour season to taste I use a little garlic powder salt and pepper. I wish deer had 4 hearts it's that good-- when it is done slice thin and make a samich, Man! I'm hungry!

A state trooper notices a car driving a little over the speed limit and decides to pull it over for a warning . Upon blue lighting him the car picks up speed and runs for several miles at speeds over 100 before pulling over . The trooper approaches cautiously seeing an elderly fellow driving and ask why he ran ? This is the response you see officer my wife ran off with a state trooper years ago and I thought he might be trying to bring her back. The officers response through a chuckle have a good day sir.
